Walking is good for your heart, weight, blood pressure, mental health, socialising and more.
Every other week, on a Monday, we run a walking group for our patients led by a member of the practice team. We start at 1pm from the surgery and take a gentle stroll around the St George area, for about 30 minutes, finishing at a local cafe where those who wish to, can chat while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee.
