Catchment area
Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area.
You can register as a patient at the surgery if you live within the darker area on the map. The additional lighter grey outer area allows for existing patients who move slightly outside our core catchment area to remain on the practice register but patients residing in the lighter grey area can not join us as a new patient.

Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- fill out an register with a GP: Air Ballon Surgery form online
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
