Check Your Condition First

Many conditions can be dealt with without the need to see your GP. Please visit our Self Help page and try this advice before contacting the Practice.

Routine and Urgent Appointments

Ring 0117 909 9912 to speak to our Care Navigators. It is important to provide as much information as possible about your symptoms in order to be seen by the right member of the team at the right time. Care Navigators may signpost you to other organisations including community pharmacies.

Please appreciate that there is a high demand for primary care and your symptoms will be assessed by the care navigators and the GP team for urgency. We have a finite number of appointments available each day.

Life Threatening – Go to A&E

If you or someone you know has a life-threatening condition, such as loss of consciousness, a sudden confused state, chest pain, breathing difficulties etc, you should call 999.
