If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let the surgery know as soon as possible in order for us to reallocate the appointment to someone else. You can cancel an appointment by:

• Calling 0117 909 9912, Option 2 to leave a voicemail
• Via online access – either Patient Access app or NHS app (to set up online access, please email the IT team on bnssg.IT.ABS@nhs.net)
• Reply to appointment reminder text by clicking the cancellation link
