If you have already had a sick note (fit note) for this illness your doctor may not need to see you to issue an additional sick note.

Sick notes are issued via text message unless you ask for a different mode such as paper or email’. If you are not able to use econsult, please call the surgery on on 0117 909 9912 or come in to speak to a care navigator.
