*Important - Coronavirus (COVID-19)*
Air Balloon Surgery has implemented the following measures in response to guidance issued by NHS England:
Air Balloon Surgery is currently offering pre-bookable telephone appointments and same day telephone appointments with GPs.
Air Balloon Surgery is still open and here to help you if you need non-emergency medical help or advice. Phone 0117 9099912, tell us the reason for the call, then one of our doctors or nurses will phone you back for a telephone appointment as an initial assessment.
If during your telephone appointment your GP or nurse decides that you need to be seen they will make a further appointment for you to be seen at the surgery.
Face Covering when attending the surgery
If you are asked to come to the surgery we expect anyone over the age of 10 to wear a face covering. This can be made at home - www.gov.uk/how-to-wear-and-make-a-cloth-face-covering or a scarf or other improvised covering. Please do not buy supplies of surgical face masks as health and care workers need these supplies.
