Doctors

The GP Team includes GP Partners and Associate GP’s. We also have GP Registrars and medical students. Registrars are fully qualified doctors with many years of training who are being supported by us to become fully qualified as GP’s.

Nurses

Our nursing team is led by Monica Adinolfi. Cate Lancaster is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and looks after some of our care homes and many of our house bound patients. Lou Fry, Cherry Buensuceso and Carolyn Newman provide long term conditions disease management, vaccinations, cervical cytology. Childrens immunisations are provided by Monica Adinolfi, Lou Fry and Cherry Buensuceso.

Val Chappell and Jane White are Health Care Assistants and Stevie Milkins is an Assistant Practitioner. They take bloods, provide NHS health checks, ECG’s and wound care. Val also does some of the annual Learning Difficulties checks.

Urgent Care Team:

A duty doctor leads the urgent care team each day. Our Care Navigators will ask you some questions when you request an appointment to help to decide if this team needs to manage your care. The duty doctor will decide who in the urgent care team then manages your care.

Sue Upfield, Emily Younie and Jayne Oware are specialist nurses in managing urgent care.

Practice Pharmacists

Chloe Murphy is the team lead. Chloe and Marius Stoian are both very experienced practice pharmacists, and they see patients, manage our medications work and they can both prescribe. They are supported by Katie. She is trained as a specialist to see some of our patients with learning difficulties to do annual reviews.

Care Navigators

Helen Hynam is the team lead. The role of a Care Navigator is much more than a receptionist role. The team are trained to be able to help direct patients to the best service within the practice. This is why they ask for details when patients call in. The more information you can give them the more likely they are to ensure that you get the right help at the right time. We understand that it may feel uncomfortable at times discussing concerns and symptoms, but the team are trained to deal with enquiries and understand the need for complete confidentiality.

Administration Team

Led by Kate Brown. The team manage clinical administration, the practice IT and the day-to-day administrative work of the practice.

Management Team

Kate Francis, Practice Manager, works with the GP Partners to manage the practice. She leads the management team. This team provides management support to the wider practice team. This includes looking after the building, regulation, human resources, strategic and operational management. Jill Smith is the Assistant Practice Manger, Miffy Saunders is Human Resources Manager, Julia Coxwell is Finances Manager.

Practice Board

The board members are the GP partners and the Practice Manager.
